METHOD OF PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS

Payments shall be made to Shiny Smile Veneers per our Payment Plan.

The Owing Party agrees to the payment plan chosen on the website, www.shinysmileveneers.com.

The Owing Party agrees to make the payments to Shiny Smile Veneers associated with the date the Payment Plan was chosen, and the initial payment was made.

Thus, payments are taken monthly as scheduled regardless of which stage the Owing party is from receiving the impression kit.

The Owing Party will not receive their finished Shiny Smile Veneers appliance before at least making the first installment and is not behind any of their scheduled payments.

After seven (7) days of not paying the total amount, Shiny Smile Veneers will notify the credit card bureaus; this might significantly harm the customer's credit score. If the owning party fails to complete the payment within thirty (30) days, the owning party will be sent to a collection agency.

Disputing any payments does not release the customer from their financial obligations against Shiny Smile Veneers for the product used/ received. This will immediately be reported to the credit card bureaus, which can negatively impact the customers' credit scores.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If the order is still within the first 14 days the customer can receive a refund, however, please note that the refund will be issued with the below conditions:

1. If the customer didn't use or open the impression kit yet within 14 days from the date the order was placed the customer can receive a refund minus the shipping fees after shipping the kit back at customer's own expense.

2. If the impression kit was opened or used within 14 days from the date the order was placed, the customer could still receive a fund minus $90 as processing fees plus the cost of any impression kit or extra supplies kit that was used, even if it was sent for free, the cost of each impression kit is $22 and extra supplies kit is $15.

3. Refunds will only be issued to the original card through which the purchase was made from.

* For international orders any shipping fees paid will not be refundable and any extra shipments sent will be subject to extra deductions depending on the shipping cost.

Shiny Smile Veneers will not accept any refund request due to the failure in making a good impression as it is the customer's responsibility to supply us with a good impression. The process of having a new stunning smile requires some patience and some of our customers have to repeat their impressions once or twice.

Shiny Smile Veneers will not accept returns or refunds of our Shiny Smile Veneers as every set of veneers are custom made for each client. If the client is not satisfied, Shiny Smile Veneers is willing to redo or remake their veneers up to three times at no cost to the client.

USING OUR PRODUCTS

When you first start using our veneers you might start noticing the following:

1. Pressure on your teeth and or some pain.
2. A lisp while talking.
3. A general feeling that your teeth are bigger.
4. Discomfort in your tongue and lips.
5. The saliva goes between your veneers and your teeth.

All of the above is considered normal and it is not a defect in your veneers and you cannot claim any refund if this is one of your complaints because normally as with any other new dental appliance, it can take some time for your body to get used to it. From our experience, it can take anywhere to get used to the product.

POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS

Snap on veneers are one of the safest cosmetic dental procedures.

However, you need to consider the condition of your natural teeth before wearing the veneers.

If your teeth are not in good condition, then deterioration will occur faster.

If you have healthy teeth and you don't clean your teeth and veneers, then caries and/or staining may occur.

Staining can occur after drinking coffee,tea, soft drinks etc. so cleaning the veneers and brushing your teeth on a daily basis is required to avoid staining and/or tooth decay.

Any one who chooses to wear the Snap on veneers agree to assume the following risks:

Chipping, breaking or loosening of the teeth during the impression-making process and/or during future placement/removal of the Snap-on veneers.

Tooth Loss during the impression-making process and/or during future placement/removal of the Snap-on veneers.

Tooth Decay may occur due to lack of dental treatment, while masking the decay by wearing the veneers.

Periodontal (Gum) status may deteriorate due to lack of good oral hygiene, regular cleaning and dental examinations.

Veneers might cause bleeding in the tongue, gums and the floor of the mouth.

We always advise our customers to consult with their dentist before going through with any dental cosmetic procedure, including the Snap-on veneers, since the veneers are not a replacement for your dental treatment or pathology.

We highly recommend anyone who has or suspects having any type of pathology to consult with their dentist before proceeding with our veneers.

By placing the order, you understand and take full responsibility for proceeding with Snap on veneers and release us from liability.

UTILIZING VENEERS IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO AVOID PROPER AND REGULAR DENTAL HYGENE AND ROUTINE DENTAL CHECK-UPS.

REMAKES AND REPLACEMENTS

Since our Shiny Smile Veneers are custom-made it can take more than one try to make it perfect to your liking and the same goes for any other custom dental appliance even if you do it at the dentist office,

We strongly advise any customer who expects nothing but a perfect veneer from the first try and can't accept the fact that it might need some refinements or adjustments to not purchase any custom-made dental product including ours.

If the client is not satisfied, Shiny Smile Veneers is willing to redo or remake their veneers up to three times at no cost to the client.

Shiny Smile Veneers will not accept any refund or return of any finished appliance due to the fact that we invest, a lot of time, effort, materials, and labor to to deliver a finished set of veneers.

FAILED IMPRESSIONS

The impression step is the most important step in the process of the veneers manufacturing, without having a good impressions we can't deliver a perfect fitting veneer.

Shiny Smile Veneers offers a lot of assistance when it comes to helping our customers in the impression step, this assistance includes written instructions on our website, written instructions in the impression kit that we send to our customers, a detailed video of the whole impression step and a free live video chat service to guide our customers step by step how to do a good impression.

Although we do our best to guide you in making a good impression it is your own responsibility to follow the instructions and supply us with a good impression that we will be able to use in the manufacturing of your clip-on veneers.

Shiny Smile Veneers will not accept any refund request due to the failure in making a good impression, The process of having a new stunning smile requires some patience and some of our customers have to repeat their impressions once or twice.

3 YEARS BASIC WARRANTY (Effective November 1, 2024)

This warranty covers your snap-on veneers against:

1. Fractures or cracks in the product due to manufacturing defects
2. Staining

This warranty doesn't cover, fractures or cracks due to misuse or negligence.

This warranty covers only one full replacement.

EXTENDED WARRANTY (Effective February 2022)

This extended warranty covers your veneers against any accidental fracture, damage, or loss for three free remakes up to an extra 15 months.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas with venue for any legal proceeding in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

PURCHASER HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CONSENTS TO ARBITRATION OF ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT.

Purchaser hereby agrees to arbitration of any claim or dispute arising out of the use or purchase of the Product and agrees to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") according to the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. The arbitration will be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator chosen mutually by the Parties. If the Parties cannot agree on the selection of the Sole Arbitrator, the AAA will select the Sole Arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in Harris County, Texas. The costs of the arbitration will be shared equally among the Parties.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for US customers, free for Canada and $100 for Europe.

Our free shipping to Canada only includes the shipping of the impression kit and final veneers, our Canadian customers will have to ship their teeth impressions back to us on their own expense. our European customers will also have to ship to us their teeth impressions on their own expense.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders Monday – Saturday. Please allow 3-5 days for transit within the US, 5-7 days internationally.

Return/Refund Policy

Shiny Smile Veneers offers no returns or refund of our Shiny Smile Veneers as every set of veneers are custom made for each client. If the client is not satisfied, Shiny Smile Veneers is willing to redo or remake their veneers up to three times at no cost to the client.

Cancellation Policy

You can attempt to cancel your order prior to it being shipped by clicking on the contact email below. Please note, we can not guarantee order cancellations will be processed if received near the time of shipment. If it is too late to cancel your order, you will need to follow our standard return process.
